The following policy applies to new products sold at retail price. For refurbished products, the warranty still applies but returns are not accepted.
ReturnsWe do not accept returns more than 30 days after delivery.
Before returning a product, contact us first:
- Contact us by email. Send a message to Support using our contact form. Please describe the situation with your product, and leave a callback number. We will follow-up within 24 hours.
- Contact us by phone. Call (415) 830-9494 during business hours, Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm Pacific.
Upon receiving a return authorization, ship your return prepaid to:

Returns - defective product
If we determine that the product was defective, we can either:
- Ship you a replacement.
- Refund you the product price and the original ground (but not express) shipping fee, if any.
Returns - working product
If the box was never opened, we can refund the product price minus a 15% restocking fee and, if a prepaid return label was provided, minus the return shipping cost.
If the box was opened, but the product is still in new condition and not a thermal fogger, we can also refund the product price minus the restocking fee and, if a prepaid return label was provided, minus the return shipping cost.
In either case, the original shipping fees, if any, are not refunded.
There are no open box returns for working thermal foggers. Before purchasing, please be aware that this class of fogger uses a gasoline engine to produce a large amount of fog quickly, and so is louder and requires more effort to start than an electric fogger. Review the accompanying documentation before operation, and contact us if you need help.
Refund of express shipping fees
Any express shipping fee is refundable only if the carrier did not make a delivery attempt within the guarantee period, and the delay was not due to events beyond the carrier's control. The carrier's determination of the facts is final.
